  • Your order takes four steps.
  • Step 1 (Cart): choose your products and quantities, and enter a discount code if you have one. You can already sign in to get any offers or discounts you are entitled to (partner, renewal).
  • Step 2 (Identification): sign in to your Opquast account, if you have one, or enter your email address.
  • Step 3 (Billing): enter your billing details (and delivery details if a book is in your cart). If you are ordering for a company, you will be able to enter the necessary information. You will also be able to say whether you are ordering for yourself or for other people.
  • Step 4 (Payment): you can pay by card straight away, or later by cheque or bank transfer. Follow the on-screen instructions. Once your order is complete, your account will be created and you will receive your credentials by email.

  • At step 3 (Billing), choose « I am ordering for one or more other people ».
  • As soon as the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email letting you sign in to your Opquast administration area and enrol the candidates.
  • Once registered, candidates will have access to the training and examination platform for 3 months.
  • After activating the account, you will be able to delegate the administration, the registration of the candidates and the follow-up of the courses to another person with his e-mail address.

If you would rather not have an Opquast account, ask us for a quote and you will then be able to send us the list of trainees by whatever means you prefer.

  • Immediate payment is possible by bank card with Stripe, by PayPal or by SEPA direct debit.
  • Deferred payment by cheque or bank transfer: follow the instructions shown at step 4 (Payment).

  • Discounts tied to your account (renewal, partner rate) apply automatically once you are signed in, at step 2.
  • Discount vouchers: enter your code in the field provided at step 1 (Cart). If your voucher has a time limit, make sure you meet its conditions of use.
  • Students: a valid proof of enrolment in an educational institution and an identity document may be requested during the training period.
  • Jobseekers: a valid proof of status and an identity document may be requested during the training period.
